Live directly opposite our Cambridge campus and its facilities, as well as some great shops and restaurants less than five minutes’ walk away.

The rooms are split into ten flats, most of which are en-suite. You’ll have use of a launderette, common room and bicycle storage. Anastasia House is managed by ARU, and our housing team will be on hand to help you with any queries once you move in.

Before you move in

We'll ask you to pay £400 advanced rent to book your room. This will be deducted from your first rent payment once you've moved in, and is not a refundable deposit.

When you book your accommodation, you'll have the option to purchase a £25 a week meal plan. This is selected by default, with the choice to opt out at the time of booking, or cancel within 14 days of purchase only.

Rent
