Health and wellbeing

Student in university classroom

We want you to have a happy, successful time here at ARU. No matter what your question or issue is there is always someone who can help you.

Your health and wellbeing is so important. If you’re going through something difficult, or just not feeling quite right, come and talk to the Counselling and Wellbeing Service. You’re not alone.

The Counselling and Wellbeing Service is free, confidential and available to all ARU students. You can talk to us about anything that’s worrying you – from minor concerns to major issues, from grief to relationship difficulties, panic attacks, exam anxieties, stress and anything else.

We offer lots of support, from one to one counselling to workshops and online support with Silvercloud, but we suggest that you take a self-assessment and calculate your wellbeing score to find out what support is right for you.
