ARU Peterborough, a Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority and Peterborough City Council initiative, is a new £30 million university for Peterborough. It's set to open its doors to 2,000 students in 2022, with an ambition to offer university courses for up to 12,500 by 2030.
We’re creating an exciting range of degree courses which are being developed with input from regional businesses, so you can be confident that you’ll learn the skills in demand by employers. Courses* start in September 2022, and you can apply from September 2021. Employers will help us to develop courses, which will be taught through a mixture of campus lessons and work-based learning.
At ARU we value students from a wide range of educational backgrounds, and we are looking at ways to make it possible for students, of all ages, to reach the entry requirements for degree study, such as ‘access to higher education’ courses (equivalent to Level 3) offered by partner colleges.
We'd love to welcome you to this new university in Peterborough. Get in touch through our Contact Us page.
