ePad

At Anglia Ruskin University, we've successfully implemented Myprogress since 2015 within our nursing courses. Designed in alignment with the 2018 NMC standards, MyProgress supports the electronic practice assessment document (ePAD) and electronic midwife ongoing record of achievement (eMORA).

We are now developing ePAD for all our healthcare courses.

The ePAD is an online platform which will enable students to gain valuable feedback and sign-off in practice, electronically, and record their practice hours. The ePAD is predominantly accessed online via a website, accompanied by iOS and android mobile apps, enabling students to complete documentation and record practice hours online, or offline on a mobile device.

Key benefits

The ePADs will offer a number of significant benefits to our students, staff and placement providers, including:

Verification of e-timesheets

We are introducing a further mechanism to verify and confirm practice hours recorded in the ePad. This will be rolled out in all programmes, beginning with Nursing and Paramedic Science in March 2025. Placement hours will remain unverified until an approver has checked and confirmed the hours claimed. The verifier will also be able to amend the timesheet in the event of an error.
