Welcome to our ePAD resource page for Practice Supervisors and Practice Assessors. Here you will find information and resources to support you to access and use the ePAD, which contains students' practice assessment documentation.
We have developed a small resource package on LearnWorlds which we hope that you will find helpful.
If you are having difficulties with access to the ePAD, please create a support ticket.
Click on the 'New support ticket' link and fill in the form that appears, including as much detail as you can. Make sure you enter your email address correctly so you can track your ticket and receive our responses.
Once you submit a ticket, you will receive an email confirming that the ticket has been received, and a link with a reference number so you can track your ticket's progress.
If you're having trouble accessing your PS/PA account, verifying your account, or seeing the student account on your ePAD, we have fortnightly online drop-in sessions where you can access support from our ePAD IT colleagues.
There's no need to book - simply click the relevant link to join the Microsoft Teams meeting when your preferred session is taking place.
If you have concerns regarding SSSA documentation within the ePAD, please discuss with the student's Academic Assessor.
