Please email email@example.com if you have not received your certificate or if you have any questions regarding your certificate or transcript. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery so can check the tracking information.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a delay in producing and issuing hard-copy certificates and transcripts.
The printing and posting of hard-copy certificates and transcripts from the April, July and September 2020 Awards Boards has now been completed. Documents have been posted, by registered delivery, to your home address as listed on eVision. Documents for ARU London and Arden students have been sent to your institution for distribution.
Certificates and transcripts from the November Awards Board will be sent out in the new year. Please ensure your Home address on eVision is correct and up to date.
From your eVision account you are also able to download a PDF of your transcript (which is available under the results tab) Should you require confirmation of the conferment of your award to be sent to a third party (such as an employer or educational establishment) please contact firstname.lastname@example.org including your ARU SID.

The name shown on your final award certificate is your full, official name as recorded in our student database on the date of the relevant Anglia Ruskin University Awards Board.
