Wellbeing workshops

Attend our sessions early to understand how to manage any negative thoughts or feelings. Our workshops will help give you the confidence and skills to succeed in your studies.

Please note that all our workshops are available online to core students, no matter which campus you study on.

CARE Cafés

Community and Relaxed Environment Café
ARU's weekly CARE Cafés are an opportunity to meet other students, share interests, skills and wellbeing tips in an informal space to help boost your mood.

This is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions or activities or just have a quiet drink and a snack. It’s OK not to be OK, so you don’t have to be in a good mood to come along to the CARE Cafe – but we hope everyone will leave feeling better than when they arrived.

We hope to see you there.

  • Peterborough CARE Café: Term Time: Tuesdays 12–1.30pm. Ground Floor, University House
  • Cambridge CARE Café: Term Time: Wednesdays 12–1.30pm. Students’ Union, Peter Taylor House
  • Chelmsford CARE Café: Term Time: Wednesdays 12–1.30pm, MAB Foyer
