We're here Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm (please note we close at 3.30pm on the first and third Thursday of the month for staff training), and Friday 9am-4.30pm.
Here at the School of Life Sciences, we’ll help you develop your practical skills and knowledge in your area of interest to make an impact. Our experienced staff are active, world-leading researchers, so you'll learn about the most up-to-date methods and findings in animal and environmental sciences.
Our students make a real difference to the planet. During and after your degree, you could find yourself doing research in the laboratory or out in the field, helping conserve endangered species in the wild or in zoos, teaching people about animals and how to protect them, and much more.
Our courses are accredited by various professional bodies, including the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences, Institute of Biomedical Science and even recognition from the Royal Society of Biology, so you can be confident you'll graduate with the skills and knowledge employers look for.
