Your health and wellbeing is so important. If you’re going through something difficult, or just not feeling quite right, come and talk to us and know that you’re not alone. These pages are full of useful resources to help you focus on your wellbeing and find the support you need.

Update from our Counselling and Wellbeing team

Counselling and wellbeing support is still available. Despite not being on campus, the Counselling and Wellbeing team are still here for you. You can register for counselling online as usual, and support will be offered via phone or video call.

  • 20 minute drop in sessions will be over the phone or online using Zoom. Please book by emailing
  • Appointments can be made to see your counsellor as usual (over the phone or Zoom).
  • You can use our online self-help tools and follow our 6 Ways to Wellbeing.
  • Your online resource, SilverCloud, is still available. Silvercloud can help you understand how you’re feeling and give ideas on how to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
  • We’ll be running workshops online using Zoom. Keep an eye out for details coming soon.
