Your health and wellbeing is so important. If you’re going through something difficult, or just not feeling quite right, come and talk to us and know that you’re not alone. These pages are full of useful resources to help you focus on your wellbeing and find the support you need.

The Counselling and Wellbeing Service is available to all students at ARU and offers a free and confidential service to promote mental health and wellbeing.

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm
Friday: 9am - 4.30pm

If you need emergency help, please take action straight away. If you’re worried about your safety, call 999 or take yourself to A&E.
