Our workshop aims to expose you to the principles of incident management and the tools available to conduct an RCA that can be used to explore system failures and expose learning opportunities.
This workshop is available for those whose job involves exposure to incident management and RCA, including: practice managers, primary care clinical staff (GP/nurse/dentist/pharmacist/optician, etc) and NHS England staff (relationship managers/contract managers/screening teams, etc).
