You'll learn up-to-the-minute skills and knowledge as you study with us, and there's a major focus on practical, hands-on learning to get you set up for a career in human resources.

We work with employers to make sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills and abilities you will need. They help us review what we teach and how we teach it – and they offer hands-on, practical opportunities to learn through work-based projects, internships or placements.

Through our Business and Law Intern Programme, around 35 students each year get the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive training and development, a business mentor, work experience, and even a reference from the Dean.

This degree course will open the doors to a wide range of careers in the business sector and gives you the theoretical and practical knowledge you’ll need to work across a range of business areas. You may find yourself wanting to work in recruitment, becoming a training and development advisor or even a personnel manager. At ARU, we’ll help to guide you towards realising your career goals.

Graduation doesn’t need to be the end of your time with us, of course. You might decide to stay at ARU and study for a Masters such as our Human Resource Management MA or Master of Business Administration MBA. Take advantage of our Alumni Scholarship and get 20% off your fees.
