Peter is a pharmacist with experience in the NHS as a mental health pharmacist and in the pharmaceutical industry as a research chemist in drug development.

Background

Peter has worked in community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, industrial pharmacy and academic pharmacy. His research and industrial background lies in the areas of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics, and how drugs get into the body and are removed from the body. His clinical experience is in acute adult mental health and metal health in the elderly, with a particular interest in dementia. He has been involved in implementing and supporting IT projects in both laboratory and clinical settings.
