Dr. Gamze Saglam completed her PhD in Economics and International Business at Anglia Ruskin University, where she explored the impact of trade-related R&D spillovers across 29 OECD countries. Her work provides valuable insights into how Industry 4.0 technologies shape global trade flows, making significant contributions to applied economics and international business research. Her findings have influenced discussions on innovation and trade policies, particularly in relation to the economic benefits of technological advancements.
In addition to her research, Gamze is committed to delivering an engaging and dynamic educational experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is passionate about fostering the development of future business leaders by bridging the gap between academic theory and practical challenges.
Gamze has also held several leadership roles, including Associate Course Director for the BSc Business with Economics and Finance programs and Personal Development Tutoring (PDT), where she provides outreach and academic support to students, ensuring their personal and professional growth
