Gail qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1989 and has had a varied career working both in hospital and community settings. Gail joined ARU in 2009 and currently works in the Faculty of Health, Education, Medicine and Social Care.
Gail has worked in a variety of roles since qualifying. These have included Accident and Emergency, Social Services, School Nursing and Nurse Advisor. She worked as a visiting lecturer prior to joining Anglia Ruskin University and currently teaches on both Pre and Post-registration courses.
Gail has an interest in Anaphylaxis and the mechanisms and management of Allergy. Gail is currently studying for PrD in Health and Social Care and her main research interest is Service User involvement in nurse education.
