Cristina is a Principal Lecturer in our School of Computing and Information Science, where she conducts research in artificial intelligence with particular interests in semantic technologies, machine learning and neural networks.
Cristina has 18 years' research and teaching experience in the general area of computer science. Her core expertise comes from having applied her ideas to commercial products for five years, as well as reading various courses in software engineering, web applications development, programming languages and algorithms, and formal languages in universities.
Cristina is a member of our Computing, Informatics and Applications Research Group with specialisms in semantic web technologies.
