Course: BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science

Hi, I’m Preah and I’m nearly at the end of my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science.

ARU happened to be the university that I decided to go to without knowing much about it. While I decided to take a gap year after college, I received an email about places in clearing for Biomed so I gave it a shot and as they say, the rest is history!

As a new starter, I was worried about university already but coming to ARU was the best decision of my life so far. Not only are the lecturers welcoming, but they also help you one-to-one whenever you need it.

The best part about ARU is the way different nationalities come together, eg I am an Asian but also a committee member of the African Society.

And Cambridge itself is a charming city. As I’m local, I always smile when people across the globe visit the City with excitement. I’m very happy I did not apply elsewhere otherwise I would have missed this great opportunity.
