Now that you have an idea of who I am, let's get right into it! I know you might be wondering 'Why did you choose to study quantity surveying?'

Well, since I was a little girl I always liked to go against the norm. I remember my first career choice was to be an archaeologist because it was different, and you get to discover some pretty cool ancient stuff! But as I grew older, my interests changed to being a lawyer. I thought to myself ‘This would so cool – standing in court and defending clients’. But when I found out it involved lots and lots of reading and memorizing, I let up on it.

So my search for a career choice continued and behold, I fell in love with quantity surveying. My words of advice? Do what you love and are passionate about because even when you face a challenge, you still keep going!
