Faculty:Health, Education, Medicine and Social Care

School:School of Education and Social Care

Course: Primary Education Studies

I’m Millie, a first-year Primary Education Studies (BA Hons) student at Anglia Ruskin, in the hope of becoming a Primary School teacher. I joined the course after falling out of love with my first, and came to ARU through clearing – it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I hope my blog posts will be a collection of pieces about my fantastic course, internships and thoughts about the education (mostly Primary!) sector. Hopefully it will intrigue you guys as much as it does me!

As much as I love keeping on top of educational research, my other interests include politics, feminism, activism, literature and Psychology - bit of a mixed lot, haha…

I’m very lucky to have been Women’s Rep last year, and a Student Ambassador for my course this year – Anglia Ruskin is full of opportunities ready for you to seize. Cambridge is a place full of beauty and academia, it truly is a wonderful place to live!
