Sport and Exercise Therapy student Kirsten

Faculty:Science and Engineering

School:Psychology and Sport Science

Course: BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Therapy

Hi I’m Kirsten, a 3rd Year BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Therapy Student based at the Cambridge campus.

I chose Sport and Exercise Therapy because I love to understand how the body can heal itself through movement.

Growing up engulfed in an environment of medical personnel, the human body has always been a fascination of mine. Initially taking the plunge into a nursing degree, I quickly realised that surgical options are fallen upon too quickly and the more ethical, beneficial methods are the ones that work on strengthening and MOVING.

Be the best you. Create opportunities, design your own future.
