Hi everyone! My name is Casey, I am a first-year student midwife at ARU's Cambridge campus.
In September 2020, I moved from Ireland to venture out from home and start my journey to becoming a midwife. I moved over here during difficult times, with Covid in full swing, but am sure I have taken as many opportunities as I could to meet new friends and enjoy beautiful Cambridge!
Since starting my studies at ARU, my passion for midwifery has grown immensely and I couldn’t be happier to be following the path that I am.
Here I plan to share my journey as I navigate my way through uni life. I hope to give an insight in to the life of a student midwife and open your eyes to things I wish I knew before starting.
