I'm a full-time undergraduate student and the first thing I thought when I had my place confirmed at ARU was: ”how am I going to pay my tuition fees?”
So I decided to apply for the Student Finance offered to all EU/UK Students by the UK Government. However, I did not have any clue about how to apply, which form I had to fill and the eligibility requirements. I was quite stressed as this procedure was new to me and I wanted to make sure I was doing everything in the right way.
Thus, I decided to contact the Money Advice Team at ARU and they did not hesitate to help me and answer all my questions. They explained to me the procedure to apply for a loan in great details and guided me on how to fill the form in. But what did impress me the most was that after few days they emailed me to see if everything was alright or if I needed any further assistance.
To me, it clearly shows that the staff at ARU does care of its students and what’s better for a student than to know that they are constantly supported by their university and that there is lovely people who work to make their uni experience unique?!
