Faculty:Business and Law

School:School of Economics, Finance and Law

Course: BSc (Hons) Business Economics

My name is Kainat Ali and I am a 2nd Year Business Economics student at the Cambridge Campus.

I am originally from Pakistan, have been brought up in High Wycombe and am currently living on the very vibrant Mill Road while I’m studying here, which is great because I get to experience the diversity in Cambridge, and have quick access to the city centre, travel links, and of course the university itself.

While studying, I also like to volunteer at a local charity named “Born to be beautiful” where I look after the financial side of it all. As well as this, at university I participate in various debates throughout the year, as well as Islamic Society events, specifically charity week as it’s a great way to interact with members of the university, and come up with fun ideas to raise money for great causes!
