Young Street

We developed a 3.5 hectare site between Young Street and New Street, about five minutes' walk from our Helmore building on East Road.

The development, designed by Richard Murphy Architects was constructed in three phases. The first phase houses our Faculty of Health, Social Care & Education, providing teaching space for our nursing and health courses.

The second phase of construction by RG Carter, was occupied in September 2015, providing two additional buildings which include a 200-seat lecture theatre, a cafe, seminar rooms, office space, the Vision and Eye Research Institute and extensive cycle parking.
