As a BEng (Hons) Manufacturing Engineering graduate, you’ll be well-equipped to progress into positions of responsibility, or further programmes of specialised study or research.
Manufacturing engineers are employed in a wide range of engineering, educational and commercial organisations. They primarily support the activities involved in bringing design programmes into manufacture.
As a BEng (Hons) Manufacturing Engineering graduate, you’re likely to find yourself working closely with other engineers, functions, and managers. Your advanced manufacturing and project management skills will be pivotal to the launch planning and smooth delivery of exciting new products, on time, on cost and to the right quality.
Our free Employability Service will help you take practical steps to follow your chosen career path, secure jobs, and work experience, or even start your own business.
Graduation doesn’t need to be the end of your time with us. You might decide to stay at ARU with postgraduate courses on the horizon for ARU Peterborough. You could also study for a Masters such as MSc Engineering Management at ARU in Chelmsford.
Informed by employers, our courses support an integrated approach to employability. You’ll have opportunities to develop the skills and abilities they are looking for and gain a deeper understanding of how your academic learning relates to the world of work through Live Briefs and Ruskin Modules.
