Once you have signed up to an Open Day at ARU, we will send through an e-voucher via email in the weeks leading up to your event. Simply show your bus driver the e-voucher emailed to you and ask for a free single ticket. This voucher will provide your guest with free travel too.

Please note: this offer only applies to journeys between stations on the Greater Anglia network. If your station is not listed, please call 0345 600 7245 (option 3) and they will be able to add the station to the list.

To redeem the offer, you'll need to book your tickets by 9am on the Monday prior to your event. Greater Anglia train tickets are sent by post.

If there are engineering works you may need to catch a rail replacement bus. Your free train ticket covers this bus travel.
