Learn how to design and create floral arrangements with our introductory, hands-on Level 1 Award in Creative Craft (Floristry) at Writtle College.
Level 1 Awards in Creative Craft are all about developing your skills, and getting an insight into the craft process.
With this course in floristry, we’ll explore a range of materials and ways of working with them. In doing so you’ll get experience of different tools and equipment.
You’ll also get creative, looking at other people’s work and developing your own ideas. You’ll then be ready to work on a project: planning and preparing the materials and equipment you’ll use while maintaining a safe working environment.
When your finished piece is ready, there’s an opportunity to display it, and time to reflect on the creative process and what you’ve learned from it.
