On 8 March, the four of us will be taking on the Walkie Talkie Tower Climb in London to raise money for GOSH. We will be climbing up 36 floors and 896 steps to raise money to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer.

What would you say to someone to inspire them to follow in your sporty footsteps?

If there is an opportunity to make a positive difference take it, let’s support each other and be good people.

Sport is universal and creative, it’s not always about being the best in a competition, it’s about creating a positive environment, sharing knowledge and forming new experiences with your friends, family, colleagues or community.

Be brave and take on challenges – you never know what could happen.
