My Team ARU booking account The Old Factory app (Chelmsford) Helmore Gym app (Cambridge)All ARU students and staff have an online booking account with Team ARU. This account can be used to purchase gym and sports club memberships as well as book onto fitness classes and Campus Sport sessions.
To purchase a membership or book you will need your ARU email address and Team ARU online booking account password (this is not the same as your ARU IT password). If you do not know your password, you can request a new password to be sent to your ARU email address.
