CoDE at the Cambridge Science Festival 2016

In March 2016, CoDE presented its research at both The Guildhall, Cambridge, and Anglia Ruskin University.

Dr Mariana Lopez showcased the Royal Society funded project The Sound of Cambridge; Participants of all ages were invited to listen to their own voices combined with the acoustics of different heritage sites, including King’s College Chapel.

Dr Arne Nykänen demonstrated the Safe and Sound Drive game developed as part of his Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship. Participants were encouraged to test a gaming simulator and explore how music and podcasts can be adapted while driving to provide information on the driver’s energy efficiency.
