We recommend students bring their own lunch, but there will be outlets available on campus to purchase refreshments.
Numbers The school/college/organisation is responsible for providing ARU with accurate numbers regarding group size. Having an accurate indication of guests will enable us to help arrange and support your visit to achieve the best experience and will avoid disruption.
Cancellation To cancel your event, ARU requires a minimum of one week notice (5 working days). Please email [email protected], and we will endeavour to acknowledge your cancellation as soon as possible. If costs are incurred because of late cancellation, at least 50% of those costs will be passed on to you.
