Steve Spencer is a Lecturer in Sport at ARU in Writtle. His areas of interest are health-related activity, community health, sport coaching and sport injuries and rehabilitation, all of which he is actively engaged in on a personal and academic level.

Background

Steve has been teaching/lecturing for over 20 years at FE and HE level, and involved in coaching at various levels for over 25 years. His other areas of interest are his postgraduate sport work around injuries and rehabilitation of athletes, and the role of community health projects in specific populations. He very much enjoys the practical elements of what he does and is dedicated to working with both students and the public to make a positive difference in their lives.
