Simren is a general medical practitioner with a keen interest in clinical and communication skills.
Simren graduated from Barts and the London Medical School in 2013 with a distinction, having undertaken a BSc in Medical Education. During this time she was awarded numerous prizes including the Arthur Burrows prize for dermatology and the Tallow Chandler’s scholarship for academic excellence. She has always had a keen interest in education and hence undertook a BSc in Medical Education, presenting her dissertation at the Association for the Study of Medical Education (ASME) annual scientific meeting at the Royal College of Physicians. She also succeeded in presenting her research at the Association of Medical Education in Europe at their annual general meeting in Vienna. She has since enjoyed putting her experience of medical education into practice in her role as senior lecturer practitioner in clinical skills and strives for excellence in this role.
