Sarah graduated from Southampton University as a qualified Children’s Nurse and has since gained clinical experience in many areas of children’s nursing over her professional career.

Background

As a lecturer practitioner Sarah continues to maintain her clinical practice at Broomfield Hospital, especially within the field of paediatric burns.  Sarah first started teaching at ARU in 2021 following on from many years of clinical experience within many different settings, including burns, general paediatrics and community care.

Sarah is also involved in charity work as a nurse, taking children on trips to Florida each year who have medical conditions.
