Samantha is a Senior Lecturer Practitioner at ARU's School of Medicine, where she has taught since its opening. In this role she teaches and supervises both Medicine students and Physician Associate students. She has a strong interest in emergency medicine and research.

Background

Samantha qualified in Clinical Psychology before studying as a Physician Associate at Anglia Ruskin University where she continues to work today. She practices emergency medicine at Mid & South Essex NHS Trusts alongside urgent treatment and supervises students in these settings.

Samantha progressed into academic teaching upon graduating from her master’s and has supported various modules since, such as quality improvement projects, major research projects and simulation training with expertise in clinical and procedural skills.
