Sam Bonnett is a Lecturer in Social Work at ARU-Peterborough as well as a Qualified Social Worker and Practice Educator. He has supported on various Social Work programmes across universities including the Social Work Apprenticeship and Step Up to Social Work programme at ARU.

Background

Sam is qualified Social Worker undertaking a variety of roles within the field of Adults Social Work including Community Social Work, Hospital discharge, Safeguarding and Continuing Health Care. During his time as a Social Worker, Sam also undertook a PG Cert in Practice Education and has supported students across universities and degree programmes within Social Work Education. Sam joined ARU in 2023 as an Associate Lecturer before gaining full employment as a Lecturer in Social Work in 2024.
