Rosy is a midwife with an interest in infant feeding, public health and quality improvement. She joined ARU on a secondment from Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Background

Rosy graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery and has been working as a midwife in Cambridge. She has experience across all areas of midwifery, including working as a core midwife in an alongside birthing centre. In recent years she has held specialist roles in patient experience and quality, where her focus was developing policy and guidance, leading for midwifery audit and implementing quality improvement projects within the maternity service. She joined the midwifery lecturing team on secondment from her post as lead midwife for infant feeding at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
