Dr Ricardo is a passionate sustainability specialist and lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). He bridges the gap between theory and practice through research, consultancy, and teaching. His focus areas include sustainable business, strategy, marketing, tourism and hospitality, and people development. Ricardo has extensive experience across academia and industry, having worked as an engineer, business consultant, and personal coach. He is multilingual and excels in cultural transformation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Ricardo is committed to advancing sustainability in both business and society. He actively volunteers and participates in conferences to promote sustainable practices.
