Dr Clare Rawdin is a qualitative researcher with considerable experience in policing research.
In her previous role, at The Open University, Clare worked on Operation Soteria – a large collaborative project which led to the development of a new National Operating Model (NOM) for rape and serious sexual offences (RASSO). Specifically, she conducted rapid reviews in the field of learning and development and digital forensics, analysed rape investigator interviews, and contributed to a process evaluation of a victim support intervention.
Prior to becoming a Research Assistant, Clare enjoyed a long career as a teacher of psychology, mostly in schools and colleges. Her PhD investigated social and emotional learning (SEL) in schools from a qualitative and critical perspective.
