Chinenye's career has spanned through teaching and clinical practice. She has experience in medical-surgical nursing, clinical education, lecturing and research.

Background

Chinenye's background is that of education and clinical practice. She started as a staff nurse in a medical-surgical unit before progressing to lecturing. She later returned to full clinical practice in an acute medical gastroenterology unit.

Before joining ARU, Chinenye worked as a Practice Development Nurse for overseas nurses.

Chinenye's research so far has covered cervical cancer prevention and perceived health belief of Covid-19 disease. Presently, she is focusing on the lived experiences of overseas nurses.
