Alessia is the Course Director for our MBA and the MBA with Entrepreneurship, overseeing the overall performance, success, and growth of the MBA programs.
In addition, Alessia is undertaking PhD research on how sustainability is framed and perceived in today’s capitalist society. She is also involved in a few consultancy projects where she researches innovative and transformational work solutions and HR, organizational design, and learning products for international clients, aiming to help people flourish in their work.

Alessia's background is in human resource management and organizational design. During her time as a full-time lecturer, she has supported the development of the faculty's co-curricular portfolio of optional modules for students to take alongside their degree – ARUCPD, by designing a few brand new modules on:
