As a current PhD student in the School of Psychology and Sport at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), I've had the remarkable opportunity to witness first-hand the institution's commitment to excellence and innovation. Having completed my undergraduate studies in sports science at ARU as well, my journey here has been nothing short of transformative. ARU was honoured with this prestigious award at a glitzy ceremony in Liverpool, further cementing its reputation as a top-notch institution.
