Students on our BA (Hons) Fine Art course develop an understanding of art theory and techniques, as well as debates about the nature of art: how it can be evaluated, what it might represent and the meanings it might convey.
As well as preparing them for life as a practising art, this helps to develop skills and knowledge for many different careers in the creative industries, such as gallery management, curation, gallery technician work, specialist print workshops, or arts marketing and promotion.
See work by recent graduating students on our Creative Showcase, or from 2020-2023 on our PastPresent showcase.
