Call for participants to researcher links workshop in China

Under the British Council Researcher Links scheme within the Newton Fund, Anglia Ruskin University and Southern University of Science and Technology of China (SUSTech) will be jointly holding an international workshop at SUSTech, Shenzhen City, China from 1-3 December 2017.

Workshop title: Auditory and Visual Impairments, their Impact and Community Care Solutions
UK coordinator: Prof Shahina Pardhan, Anglia Ruskin University
Partner country coordinator: Prof Fei Chen, Southern University of Science and Technology of China
Discipline: visual impairments, hearing loss, community care
Dates and venue: 1-3 December 2017; Southern University of Science and Technology of China, Shenzhen City, China

The workshop is being jointly coordinated by Prof Shahina Pardhan, the Director of Vision and Eye Research Unit (VERU), Postgraduate Medical Institute of Anglia Ruskin University and Professor Fei Chen from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of SUSTech, and will have contributions from some of the world's top experts in relevant research areas.

We are now inviting early career researchers from the UK to apply to attend this workshop.
