Explore the role that HR management plays in the strategic planning and development of domestic and multinational organisations. Examine knowledge acquisition and its application in organisations. We’ll concentrate on training, design, and delivery within the changing nature of work.

You’ll evaluate an organisation’s situation, analysis, and selection of strategic alternatives, and implementation and evaluation of the strategic plan. Using case studies, you’ll analyse and critique the theoretical, empirical, and policy issues associated with developments in employee relations.
