If you have a passion for animals and are interested in caring for horses, this course could be for you.
This one year study programme will provide you with the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours for progression into L2 programmes, apprenticeships as well as employment, at entry level, within the Equine sector.
During the course, you will learn the fundamentals of caring for and working with horses, including assisting with movement and handling, grooming and washing, preparing and maintaining animal accommodation and maintaining the health of horses. You will also cover personal development and employment modules such as organisational, presentation, and problem solving skills.
