Our courses offer a gateway to success, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in specialised fields such as agriculture, horticulture, animal studies, equine studies, sport and floristry.

Courses at Writtle College

As part of the ARU family and based at the Writtle campus, Writtle College is a vibrant community of learners. Join us, and embark on a journey of discovery and achievement.

Our courses fall into four broad categories:

• agriculture and horticulture
• animal studies, equine and dog grooming
• sport performance
• floristry and creative craft.

We offer Level 2 and 3 courses (including T Levels) where you'll mainly be based in college, as well as apprenticeships where you learn 'on the job' and attend college typically one day per week.
