In October 2024 I took part in a scouting day for Eastern Counties Boxing in the hope of making it into the team to journey to Boros, Sweden to take part in the Golden Girls Championship, which is the biggest event for woman’s boxing.
After a month I learned I was successful. I then travelled to Sweden in January, where I had to take part in two amateur bouts against tough opponents. I won my semi-final fight against my opponent from Sweden and then won the final by unanimous vote against my competitor from Norway.
This meant I won the tournament in the under 70kg Elite C category. I am now 4-0 undefeated in two countries!

What would you say to someone to inspire them to follow in your sporty footsteps?
I only started boxing properly a year ago. I never thought that I would now be undefeated and champion of an international tournament.
So anything that you're thinking you want to do, you have to go for it 100% and put your all in. Take every opportunity that is presented to you!
