In your own words, tell us about your sporting achievement or upcoming challenge.

I ran every day throughout January. The Prostate Cancer UK run required me to run 26.2 miles, and my motivation to complete the challenge was to raise as much money as possible for this incredible charity.

This cause is close to my heart, and I'm sure others may feel the same, so my ultimate goal was to generate as much awareness as possible.

What would you say to someone to inspire them to follow in your sporty footsteps?

There is no pressure on you to perform well in these fundraisers – even raising the smallest amount of money can make a difference! There is no better way than doing it than to do so whilst being physically active!
