In your own words, tell us about your sporting achievement or upcoming challenge.
I joined ARU's Couch to 5K group to improve my running and completed my first 5K Parkrun just before Christmas. I really enjoyed it and am now working towards a 10K!
The Parkrun went really well! I thoroughly enjoyed it and now am gradually increasing my distance. In my next Parkrun, I'm hoping to improve my time.
What would you say to someone to inspire them to follow in your sporty footsteps?
Running is a good way to get outside in the fresh air, leaving you with a big sense of achievement.
