Student Business Start-up Support (SBSS) is our virtual hub that provides dedicated support to ARU’s entrepreneurial students.
Get in touch to receive structured business support, mentoring and guidance – no matter where you are on campus or in the start-up cycle. We work with students who are considering a business start-up, becoming self-employed or working freelance and even those who work in microbusinesses.
Drop-in sessions take place Monday–Thursday, between 11am and 1pm, and can happen via telephone or video call in the first instance. Select a virtual drop-in session and get the chance to discuss your business idea in detail.
The session will lead to tailored support or referral to a relevant expert. Whether that's regular business support, monthly mentoring or legal advice, you’ll be signposted and supported based on the stage of development you are at. We are here to help with business planning, marketing, intellectual property, and more.
