Study a sport degree at our Cambridge Centre for Sport and Exercise Science, which includes an exercise testing consultancy and sport therapy clinic. Our extensive facilities and courses are accredited by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES), Society of Sport Therapists (SST) and CIMSPA.

Study a sport degree on our 150-hectare campus, nestled in the Essex countryside. You’ll learn in specialist teaching spaces and facilities, including the dedicated Centre of Sport and Health.

Facilities in Cambridge

Five dedicated laboratories (cardio-respiratory physiology, metabolic and anaerobic physiology, body composition, biomechanics and strength and conditioning).
Specialist Sport and Exercise Therapy Clinic.
Exercise and Performance Testing Consultancy, giving you the opportunity to test athletes and members of the public.
Student-led social sport activities.

Centre of Sport and Health, with a sports laboratory, strength and conditioning suite, and consulting rooms, where you may work with elite clubs and athletes, and members of the community.
Sports hall, gym, and extensive sports grounds.

Sports clubs, giving you the opportunity to represent ARU in competitions.
Open countryside for cross-country running events, sports fields, and reservoir for water sports.
